Our in house grinding section enables us to regrind both Circular and Straight knives, where work is dealt with on a prompt and accurate basis with minimum stock removal to ensure the maximum life for customer’s blades.
Blades can be ground individually or in matched sets and we are able to grind most types of steels including Carbon Steel, High Carbon / High Chrome, High Speed Steel and Tungsten Carbide. We grind all types of circular knives including dished knives, top and bottom knives, crush cutters, tube cutters, split circular knives and perforating wheels. We grind straight guillotine knives up to 1.50 metres long as well as shear blades, granulator blades and sheeter knives. As well as supplying new, we also grind toothform knives and serrated knives of most types and profiles.
We operate a delivery and collection service in the North West and for those customers further a field we use reliable and competitive national and international carriers.
